The Road Lies Open
Here is a photo of our most indulgenced prayer, the Holy Rosary.
Here is the sure means for our Salvation!
The Blessed Trinity says:
“The impure soul suffers intolerable tortures. God’s word is being dried out in those torments, it is broken and soon vanishes out. Because that word is a mirror in a soul sanctified by purity.
“The road lies open, and from here we contemplate a crowd of invited and chosen people. That crowd is moving forward on a road still in darkness. One more step and light will come out, just as bright as the one dwelling in Heaven, Our Eternal Abode.”
[Excerpt from April 10, 1879, p. 232, Prophecies of La Fraudais].
Reflection on this prophecy:
A universal truth is revealed by the Most Holy Trinity: “The impure soul suffers intolerable tortures.”
Let us think about this. How many people do we know who are constantly seeking physical relationships? Many! When one does not work out, they move on to the next, as if all of their problems will disappear.
But how horrific is the state of such a person, how truly tragic is the consequence for this soul: “God’s word is being dried out in those torments, it is broken and soon vanishes out.”
Rather than turning to God for relief, for a drink to relieve his or her thirst, the impure soul does not pray.
The impure soul does not remember, does not consider, the real presence of God. Without a prayerful connection to God and the Blessed Virgin Mary, all Grace leaves his or her soul.
And how mysterious, the next part of this reality: “Because that word is a mirror in a soul sanctified by purity.”
Does this mean that the sanctified soul, in stark contrast, reflects the horrible state of the impure soul to the man or woman, so that this man or woman is left with a sense of futility, and stubbornly loses all hope?
Yet, wanting purity, wanting God, is a choice, and, indeed, “The road lies open,” implying that the invitation is for any soul; therefore, the impure soul must turn away from God of his or her own decision, rejecting this road.
The Holy Ghost then turns His attention to those who are sanctified with purity, and on the road to Salvation, saying: “from here we contemplate a crowd of invited and chosen people.”
Indeed, let us each pray to be one of these blessed souls. And let us pray for our loved ones and other souls who are leading impure lives devoid of God.
Our Lady of Fatima said that many souls go to hell because there is no one to pray for them. Praying for souls results in Graces, perhaps even to be a chosen soul who converts now. For certainly, the invitation is for all.
And in these End Times, with the Holy Father and the Church in Exile, all is truly in darkness.
What happens to the soul who searches for the Truth? They suffer and thus become sanctified with purity.
Souls sanctified with purity find this road to Salvation, for “That crowd is moving forward on a road still in darkness.”
One cannot see in darkness, yet this blessed crowd moves forward anyway, and they stay on the road to Salvation, without wandering off, because they move with Hope, prayerfully, and most importantly, with the True Faith.
How long will the blessed souls have to move along in darkness? Not long, just "one more step". The sunlight will appear, and all will be made clear to all souls: “One more step and light will come out,” making the Truth clear.
And here we have a reference to a universal return to the True Faith on Earth, as this
light will be "just as bright as the one dwelling in Heaven, Our Eternal Abode". Life on earth will be a reflection of God, as we pray in the Our Father prayer:
“Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.”
How glorious will be that time, soon to come, when the Holy Father will be restored to His Papal Throne, once again to guide countless souls to Heaven through life-giving Sacraments!
These Divine Chastisements will be over, and Holy Mother Church’s enemies will be vanquished, Deo gratias!
Pope Gregory XVII pray for us, that we may fight the good fight to our dying breath!
