The Protected Garden

This protected garden has a well in the centre of the cross, which provides life-giving water. Likewise, the Catholic soul has Christ's gift of sanctifying grace which comes from His Crucifixion, via holy sacraments received in communion with His Vicar, Pope Gregory XVIII.

Outside the protected garden, the soul faces a parched desert (no life-giving sacraments) and spiritual death.

The Prophecy:

The Holy Virgin is surrounded by Angels, who form a circle around her. Flames of light sparkle all about.

--Good Mother, why Angels today, an ordinary day?

“They represent the friends of the Cross who surround the flower of Calvary… These flames, arranged in a circle, represent the triumph of Charity. They sparkle like a song of happiness…

“Your hearts, at the foot of the Cross, are like pure gold from where results a deep charity.”

--We thank Thee, Good Mother. We thank Thee with love.

“I come among you, my children, on this earth which costs me many pains. But I cannot leave it, nor turn away my maternal gaze. Everything pulls me here: the charm of hearts, their sensitivity, their tender charity, the love perfumed by the Cross… Everything pulls me here.

The Good Mother raises her eyes to Heaven and says:

“Today, my children, I come to pour out my heart full of tenderness. Oh, how I love this place where the Cross shines with a splendour of majesty! Your happiness will be in Heaven. Allow me to say a word to you.”

--Speak, Good Mother, all our hearts listen to your word.

“I have come to strengthen you. Never be afraid. This place is my protected garden. I say it to you again.

“I must tell you that the time is very close when many tears will be spilled. The earth will be a wound of tears… This time, my children, cannot be prolonged much longer, in the middle of so many sins, of so many disorders, so much ingratitude. The hour when the earth shall be in pain is not far off.

“If this hour is again a bit veiled, soon the last veil shall be parted by the Hand which consoles and which strikes. This time will be much felt by my Heart but, since the souls who have gone astray do not want to understand this fatal moment, what do I have to hope? I have called them and planned since such a long time!

“The frights will be very large, my children, the pains so distressing, that I am afraid that you will not be able to endure them. But you have a reserved garden, this corner of the earth where the light will not put itself out, where the dark and black firmament will not leave a spot of those frightful clouds hanging over your heads. You have then this corner of Heaven which will keep its beauty and its clarity.

“But, a little later on, you will only see darkness; the day will be without light; you will hear sorrowful cries, of moaning voices, of justices which do not excuse any ingratitude. All the earth will become the inheritance of the confounded seed of sin.

“Each day, this moment approaches. You who have the Faith, do you not say to yourselves: this hour cannot be long in coming?”

--Yes, Good Mother, our hearts repeat it very much, with pain.

“My children, if the world had wanted to stop sinning; if injustices had been repaired; or if, at least, one had had it in one’s mind [the intention], this reparation would have again been able to leave the sun to spill its rays on this earth for a long time. But no! The more time goes on, the more people are ungrateful and the closer approaches the irreparable moment of Justice.

“This world makes a glory of outrage, of scorn, of being ungrateful. What I say is hard for a mother, but it is only the truth! My children, as long as our protection is over you, you will be without suffering when you see the visible effects of the power of my Divine Son.

“My children, the Ministers of my dear Son are all threatened, already openly or secretly. I can tell you that the plan is done secretly. The moment will come when this confounded work will explode… After our priests, after our religious, there are all the cloisters which contain all the virgin hearts which have to suffer great pains, especially in certain places of this France.

“It is not here, my children, that the evil will be the greater, it will be apart from this garden, where the flowers are mixed with the thorns. A separation will be made: beyond, sufferings will be deadly.

“My Divine Son will grant me, a little later, the liberty to come among you. Herein is the reason: He afflicts the souls that He loves, but He [also] consoles them. Before the last ripening, my Son wants you to read for some moments, his sun… It is because He grants me, a little later, the permission to come speak to you and to console you…”

--We are good with you, Good Mother. We listen to you. We are far from the earth, far from sorrows! We forgot everything.

“A moment of rest, my children.”

Reflection on this prophecy:

The Virgin Mary comes to fortify Marie-Julie. She tells her: “Never be afraid. This place is my protected garden.”

For this simple and devout young Catholic woman, the messages and visions from Heaven regarding the worldwide apostasy from the Faith must have been deeply frightening!

So our Blessed Mother assures Marie-Julie that there will always be a safe harbour for the Catholic Faith, a “reserved garden,…. [a] corner of Heaven which will keep its beauty [love for God] and its clarity [the light provided by Faith].”

This is the Church in Her Exile, this is where the Holy Father is to be found, and the faithful flock.

However, a day will come when a soul blessed with the Catholic Faith will look upon a world so without Faith that “you will only see darkness; the day will be without light”.

God’s Love brings Divine Justice upon an ungrateful world. Divine punishments will bring sufferings: “you will hear sorrowful cries, of moaning voices, of justices which do not excuse any ingratitude.”

But mankind will not repent. For them, there exists the diabolical confusion that led to mankind's original sin, the desire to be like God and to determine their own lives: “All the earth will become the inheritance of the confounded seed of sin.”

God has given us so many chances to acknowledge Him and to stop our proud sinning: “if injustices had been repaired; or if, at least, one had had it in one’s mind [the intention], this reparation would have again been able to leave the sun to spill its rays on this earth for a long time.”

But “[t]his world makes a glory of outrage, of scorn, of being ungrateful”, and so the sun must be darkened as the Virgin Mary has foretold. The 3 Days of Darkness will occur.

There is, however, a special protection offered to the few Faithful:

“My children, as long as our protection is over you, you will be without suffering when you see the visible effects of the power of my Divine Son.”

But we must ask for this, surely. We must beg God to give us this great grace.

The year of this prophesy is 1879, but the Virgin Mary tells us that the persecution of the Priests has already begun: “are all threatened, already openly or secretly.”

But the demonic attacks will be extended beyond France to the rest of the world: “this confounded work will explode”, and will persecute all souls who have truly consecrated themselves to God: “After our priests, after our religious, there are all the cloisters which contain all the virgin hearts which have to suffer great pains, especially in certain places of this France.”

We have been born into long-fought, bloodthirsty, and soul-killing war!

In the false churches, “evil will be the greater… where the flowers are mixed with the thorns”; that is, where truths are woven with lies so as to make half-truths in order to mislead souls. In this way, evil confuses souls and seeks the spiritual ruin of most.

But this greater evil will not be in the Church in Exile, where the True Catholic Faith resides with Pope Gregory XVIII:  “it [evil] will be apart from this garden”.

Our Holy Mother reminds us gently that God “afflicts the souls that He loves, but He [also] consoles them.”

So we will have some sufferings, we cannot escape this in the midst of such a multitude of satanic attacks. But God is Faithful to us. He will console us!

Do you remember that short video of His Holiness, Pope Gregory XVII coming by helicopter to the mountain top church in His beloved Genoa? Do you recall His joy, His beaming face and wide smile?

God had just revealed how the Papacy would go on.

Our faithful exiled Pope had just had his providential meeting with the Priest who came to try to rescue Him, and His Holiness knew that it was time to act! For those who have not read of this historical triumph over evil, go to www.thepopeinred.com

God is Faithful to each one of us! We must never lose sight of this Truth.

The Virgin Mary also reveals that this is the time of “the last ripening”.

This is a sobering thought. The imagery is of the last harvest of souls. It surely means that Christ will come again soon.

We are to make our Purgatory here on earth, then, for after the Final Judgement there is only Heaven or Hell.

Let us pray to the Blessed Virgin Mary, as Queen of the Angels, to help us in this special period of sufferings that we are to live through. Let us offer our sufferings for our salvation and the conversion of others! May we suffer bravely, and suffer well!

Prayer to our Lady, Queen of the Angels by the Venerable Louis Edward Gestac:

(Indulgence:  300 Days, once a day. Pius X, July 8, 1908).

AUGUST Queen of Heaven and Mistress of Angels, who hast been commissioned by GOD with power to crush the head of Satan, we humbly beseech thee to send forth the legions of Heaven, that under thy command they may seek out all evil spirits, everywhere put them to flight, curb their insolence, and hurl them back into the abyss.

Who is like unto God?

Holy Angels and Archangels, defend and keep us. O good and tender Mother, thou shalt ever be our love and our hope. O Mother of GOD, send the holy Angels to defend me, and drive far away from me the cruel enemy.

Our Lady, Queen of the Angels, pray for us!
