Our Daily Need

Happy Easter! Alleluia! Christ Our Lord has resurrected from the dead!

In the next few weeks, we will learn Heaven’s remedies for the coming illnesses, many of which will be a result of war.

Our first topic is plagues. The first is deadly to children and the second is deadly to all.

These plagues were first revealed to Marie-Julie Jahenny in 1880:

“A plague will spread quickly around the Midi (the south) in France. In next to no time, it will break out in the centre of the city, and will cause a lot of affliction, claiming a considerable number of victims.”

“The first odour will not be termed a plague, … This smell – by virtue of its strength—will evolve into an unbearable plague, [and] many little children will die from it. You will be affected by it, but not seriously. This attack will give a type of nausea but it will all vanish without too much pain.”

Prayer Which Will Preserve

“O very pure Virgin, thou who has always carried, and who still carries, the good and chaste odour of Purity, by the chaste smell of thy holy purity, take away from us this disgusting smell, send it back to that place where we will never be able to smell it again.”

“Souls will be protected and preserved who will write down these words and repeat them during the time when this violent plague[NV1]  will break out, causing great damage. These words written on one piece of paper can suffice for an entire family.”

“After the scourge reserved for the people, France will have some regions totally devastated in all sorts of ways, even farm-wise and trade-wise.”

“…. A great volume of water will fall on the earth during a space of eleven days and nights” (13 September 1880).

Remedy for the Deadly Plague

“People will have only one way of protecting themselves: by eating a very small piece of paper, on which is written “O Jesus, Vanquisher of death, save us! O Crux Ave, Spes Unica!”

The Blessed Virgin speaks:

“My Children, in a little while, there will be serious diseases that mankind will not be able to relieve. This sickness, my children, will affect the heart first of all; from the heart it will attack the brain and, at the same time, the tongue. This illness will be horrible. The heat that will come with it will be like an unbearable, ferocious fire, so strong that those parts affected by it will become red, a very painful red.

“My Children, after seven days, this sickness, sown like grain in a farmer’s field, will spread rapidly everywhere and do lots of harm.

Note: Mrs. Szczebura is the granddaughter of André, the Marquis de la Franquerie, who became friends with Marie-Julie Jahenny and wrote the book Marie-Julie Jahenny: The Breton Stigmatist, which is recommended reading and is available for a free download here: https://archive.org/details/PropheciesOfMarieJulieJahenny

The marquis is also the author of other important Roman Catholic books.

Reflection on these two prophecies:

Prayer should always be our first remedy for any illness or difficulty, and so we are taught two prayers which will be heard by Heaven and which will stop two plagues.

The first plague will kill children. This is the prayer that is to be repeated aloud:

“O very pure Virgin, thou who has always carried, and who still carries, the good and chaste odour of Purity, by the chaste smell of thy holy purity, take away from us this disgusting smell, send it back to that place where we will never be able to smell it again.”

The second prayer, which will affect all ages of people, is to be written down by each person and then swallowed: “O Jesus, Vanquisher of death, save us! O Crux Ave, Spes Unica!”

The paper can be very thin, such as baking parchment paper. This piece of paper can be rolled up and swallowed like a vitamin capsule, with water.

The meaning of the Latin is very beautiful:  Hello, O Cross, our only hope!

Truly, Jesus Christ and His Holy Cross are our only hope for eternal salvation.

Each one of us will leave this world.

If we ask humbly, the Blessed Virgin Mary will be our advocate at our individual judgments.

How much time we spend in quiet prayer with God and Our Blessed Mother is most important since this holy Easter season sees us facing our possible deaths in nuclear threats and the beginning of World War III.

Here is the big question:

Are you prepared to die and face your individual judgment for your whole life?

The best preparation is to learn to pray quietly, free of distractions, and at regular times.

You can see this when Saint Teresa of Avila recollects herself in prayer when she receives Holy Communion:

Pray because you want to get to know Jesus Christ and His Mother, the Refuge of Sinners. Pray because you need to have your sins forgiven.

We are all sinners, and incapable of earning Heaven by our own efforts, so have courage and hope!

Remember these sinners who were saved through their repentance:

--The Good Thief (Luke 23: 39-43)

--The repentant publican (Luke 18: 10-13)

--Saint Peter (Matthew 26:75)

May our prayers bring us the grace of a sweet union with the Sorrowful Mother and Jesus Christ Crucified.

May the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ heal the wounds of our souls!

[Canon 1825]  If anyone then says that it is not from the institution of Christ the Lord Himself, or by divine right that the blessed Peter has perpetual successors in the primacy over the universal Church, or that the Roman Pontiff is not the successor of blessed Peter in the same primacy, let him be anathema.
